Bloom Events and Bloom Bookings are one app. A massage therapist who runs monthly sound baths, a chef who also gives private classes: same clients, one dashboard, one login. Someone who comes to your circle and then books a session is one person in your list, with their whole history.

What People Ask Me
Do my guests need an app?
No. They tap your link and sign up, like opening any web page.
Do I create the events myself?
Yes. I set up your page and your first event with you. After that you create, edit and copy your events yourself, from your phone.
How do guests pay?
Through your own payment link (Mercado Pago, Stripe or similar, so they can pay by card) or by bank transfer, the full price or a deposit that holds their spot. Their payment goes straight to you, and you mark them paid in one tap.
Do you take a cut of my tickets?
No. You pay a small monthly plan, nothing per ticket. A 12-guest supper club at $900 a ticket pays a ticketing site about $800 to $1,700 per event in fees. With Bloom your monthly plan stays the same, however many you run. Every price is at the bottom of this page.
I run the same event every month.
Duplicate it for the next date in one tap. The look, questions and price come along; you change the date and open it.
Can people bring friends?
Yes. One person can add friends to the same sign-up, and you see them together on your guest list.
I don’t have a website. Do I need one?
No. Your Bloom page is your link: put it in your Instagram bio and your WhatsApp, and all your upcoming events are there.
Can I see who keeps coming back?
Yes. Every guest has a history across your events, so your regulars stand out and you can see who’s new.
I already take appointments.
Bloom Bookings and Bloom Events share one client list. Someone who comes to your circle and then books a session is one person, with one history.
Can I ask about diets and health?
Yes. You choose the questions for each event. Health questions come with a consent box, and the answers stay private to you and out of exports unless you include them.
What if someone cancels or doesn’t show up?
Free up their spot from your guest list and it’s open again. You set your own refund window, like up to 72 hours before. There’s no automatic waitlist yet.
Do I keep my guest list if I leave?
Yes. Export it to a spreadsheet any time. Your guests are yours.
Some of my guests only speak English.
They tap English and the whole page switches, dates included. Their emails and your WhatsApp messages go in their language too.
