Cancellation

Group lessons and shared trips (group lesson, whale trip, sunset sail, snorkel & paddle): free cancellation up to 24 hours before, full refund. Within 24 hours or no-show: no refund, but if there's space we'll try to move you.
Private lessons and coaching: free cancellation up to 48 hours before, deposit refunded. Within 48 hours we keep the deposit, and you can move your time once for free.
Surf camp and private boats (private whale boat, private boat day): full refund up to 7 days before. Within 7 days we keep the deposit, and you can move your date once for free.
If we cancel (port closed, storm, unsafe wind or swell): a new date or a full refund, your choice.
No whales on a shared trip: come again free on another shared trip this season. Leaving Vallarta before the next shared trip? We refund half your ticket.

Weather

If the sea says no, so do we. If the port authority closes the port, or our crew judges the wind, swell or a storm unsafe, we cancel. You choose a new date or a full refund. We tell you by WhatsApp and email by 7 p.m. the evening before; if the sea changes overnight, by 6 a.m. for morning trips, or at least 2 hours before afternoon trips. Rain alone doesn't cancel a trip. Small waves don't cancel a surf lesson: we take you to the beach where the waves are kindest. June to November is rainy and hurricane season; we watch the forecast daily and message you early.

Prices

Prices are in Mexican pesos and include IVA. No dock or marina fee: it's included. Tips are not included. Set-date trips run from 2 guests.
